"We had 12 people attend our first ever AGM on Sat the 15th of June 2019 plus one from China! Thank you for all that were able to join us. Thanks for the delicious cakes Mary and Katherine it all went down very nicely.
With respect to the committee re elections Katy joined us to help Charlotte with events and fundraising with a view to taking over the role in the future.
Rob took over as Safeguarding officer
Karina joined us as our social media officer, Tigs has taken over as treasurer as Caine stepped down.
Sophie and Katherine are staying on as Chairperson and secretary respectively. The main topic of conversation was a summary of the past year, where the funding has been spent and how to apply for future funding. We talked a lot about how to get more people to volunteer on Fridays to allow those that need us to belay them as we have been a bit thin on the ground recently."
Thank you, Sophie, for providing photos from the meeting!
